A few highlights:
We are moving to more of a core team structure, with Sue, Dave, & Tree forming that team for now. Dave plans to work on this project every Wednesday from 2-6pm and Sue & Tree will sometimes join him for calls at 2pm Wednesdays.
We agreed on a timeline: now through Sept. 27 to finish roughing out patterns, Sept. 28-Jan. 31 to edit and polish, then a book proposal in the hands of a publisher by June 30, 2011.
Other ideas for sharing this project include a card deck, learning game, larger event, iPhone application, teaching workshops, and more. Dave wants to take the lead on collecting stories from practitioners that would be tagged for specific patterns and included alongside.
We plan to meet again on Bowen Sept. 28 (eve)-Oct. 1 (morn). Wanna come? Contact Daniel.
Dan D. has been reading selections aloud to us from Timeless Way of Building. Someone calls out a page number at random and we gather wisdom (and humor) from whatever is on that page. We've also enjoyed hearing Daniel and others strum guitar; hiking in the woods; playing with Dan's blocks and his biofeedback hook-up; and going to the beach. Plus we ate well, of course. :-)
