Write more Patterns!
Edit all the patterns up to Bouquet.
Connect with people (via phone & email) with an eye toward nurturing a community of involvement in this project (for feedback, ideas, pattern writing, website refining, organizing, etc.).
Hold more in-person working sessions. We've had some events in Eugene, OR; the SF Bay Area; Vancouver, BC/Seattle. Would like to have more...
Develop an image library.
Outreach: Get info and invitations about our project out via NCDD & other networks. Can we get links from their sites? Post an announcement and invitation about our project on other email lists related to group process. (Tree has a list of some from Sandor_Schuman.)
Story collection: Clips from taped interviews tagged to specific patterns.
Spread it: Work on other ways of getting this out into the world, such as: card deck, learning program, board game, organize a larger event, iPhone app, etc.
Get a manual or tutorial written that guides people through how to write patterns in Wagn.
Style guide for pattern writing that helps nurture consistency in tone, style of expression, language, conventions, etc.
Line up funding (for some of Tree's time, and other needs which may range from event hosting to software development).

OTHER POSSIBLE NEXT STEPS
Possibility: Develop a working glossary that we can use as we develop content and make decisions with each other and explain this work to others.
ARCHIVED, KEEP ON HAND
Keep finding the "right people," that is, people who have: broad process knowledge; ability to think consistently at the appropriate level of complexity for this topic; play well with others; have decent follow-through; and the enthusiasm to give this project some energy. The expectation is that people may collaborate over a range of levels, some as key organizers or "stewards", others as contributers of a few patterns or reviewers of the on-going work. See how we are organized for more elaboration.
