If you want to Shift Power, it is MUCH better to have the Whole System in the Room, because otherwise some parts of the system will be impeding that Shift. Furthermore, once the Whole System is in the Room, you need to have a modicum of peerness in order for the system to find out what it needs to become more whole. -- Tom
