Check out the specs of the place and imagine how you would set it up to serve your (and the group's) purposes. Make sure there is enough wall, floor and window space; where the bathrooms and exits are; sufficient break-out rooms; etc., before you commit to the space. (See also Preparedness.) -- Tom
