    This one feels more like something you do, or a subset of another pattern, rather than a pattern unto itself. Maybe consider Groan Zone? Divergence and convergence rhythm, Embrace Dissonance and Difference, Setting Intention, and/or Reframing, Group Culture as places to bring in this concept instead?
