I agree, AND emerging leadership by traditionally marginalized groups (women, people of color, young people, etc.) should be actively encouraged, welcomed, and empowered. Furthermore, the self-organizing dynamics needed for successful power equity functionality requires people to actively take on responsibility rather than just complaining about domination. -- Tom
