Who should we share leadership and roles with? If we want leadership on different aspects of an issue or enterprise, it is good to have people who are involved in those aspects present in the room and to be open to them acting on what they know. ... I agree -- and furthermore, if those people take on leadership in the gathering, there is a greater chance that they will continue that leadership in their role in the larger system, magnifying the effective impact of what happens from the gathering. -- Tom
The more of the Whole System is in generative conversation with itself, the more Wisdom will be generated which applies to the whole system or situation involved. To the extent certain system actors are missing, the comprehensive utility of the resulting Wisdom will be reduced. - Tom
