- make sure to say we want you to use this; with a few caveats about not doing things in the name of the project wtihout citing/stating where it comes from
- don't want to certify people/have an official referral, but make it able to find people who can use the deck, from the website people who use this in the work, resource directory

Daniel - different images have different licensing, need approvals/agreements for recognizing rights of that photo.
Sue - category list - we have the patterns and instructions online; we could put up the patterns -5-fold we're not giving away the icons and names; the visiual identify is ours, we don't want people to create their own decks; we have 23,000 in their invested. right now they could do. we don't want folks to take our graphics and make money from them.
Raines - can we pay to license the design;

Sue - we want a spanish version, ok - then it's identifcal. but as board we have agreements - like using Mrs. Eaves.
but there could ba process to sanction. we want enough money also to be able to publish.

Sue - what I care about is the language; less concerned about visual imprint; you can make your own deck and use all the same content or change as you want; it's a living language, to grow and change.
R - by holding on the last 20% - format and iconagrphy, does it make harder to get it out there.
D - we need a balance point; like an entrepreneurship program cost $10 - didn't even cover snacks.
S - steer the center of something. make it successful for people to adapt.
Only thing we're trying to protect is the graphic style; working files of the working artist; is the only thing we feel we have to protect.

Sue Example - worked iwth a young leadership group of women, and they couldn't improvise off of the deck. wanted something on facilitation skills, brought the deck.
