I was just talking about an idea to find out a Pattern Language for meaningful communication in universities, when I got a twitter-message from Benjamin Degenhart, a student in KaosPilots in Denmark about this site. It was such a serendipity!

I'm interested in social health of a community, deep democracy/sosiocracy and participatory processes. I love to learn more, and dream of a possibility to use this knowledge to support resilient, local culture - Transition movement, ecovillages, education.

I am from Finland, located now in Helsinki, where I work for the Hub - an open office for social networking, and a platform for several projects related to community building.

My background is quite a mix - textile designer by education, grown up in a community, spent a few years applying permaculture in northern Finland. The keypoint of my inspiration towards group processes was the Ecovillage Design Education -course in Germany 2009 by Kosha Joubert and GaiaEducation.
